That is why I am thinking about the "PnP aware OS = NO" setting . . . . . see, Windows is PnP aware . . Linux is not :D2). I have discovered that Linux notices errors and shuts down services quicker than Windows. Every time I have had an error with hardware in the last two years it has been Linux where I found it first. If there is a BIOS update to do, let your do it. Quote
