For some unknown reason, I clicked the links above (for Windows 7) and had downloads fail 4 times.
So I ended up going to the Security Garden blogspot https://securitygarden.blogspot.com/
and got the 2 downloads I needed with no problem.
I just updated Malwarebytes, earlier this morning and if the downloads continued to fail, I would have blamed it on that.
It took them a year and a half to report the incident and even then, it was only because they were outed.
Now Mullvad doesn't ever even ask for any information, including an email address. You can even just send them cash in the mail with a generated token.
They have clients for all OSs and also offer wireguard and openvpn configs as well.

In addition to fixes and behavior changes, the update includes the following added features:
Added an option to Reading View to increase text spacing.
Added a prompt to verify work or school accounts that are automatically added to Edge but aren’t enabled for sync so that users are aware sync isn’t enabled.
