Presentation is a bit dry but I just about agree with all he says. Truth is there are a lot of folk who use open source stuff all the time for free and put back into the system absolute zero.

Not everyone can be a Linux developer, and there are people who just can't afford to be contributors, but everybody can be kind tolerant and helpful to new users if they choose to.
