Cool....I knew the series predates Deadwood....it just had the vibe. Eagles OOTN's goes back a few. I'm thinking just after High School 74 and into my first apartment with 4 other dudes 75...but the best was when "Frampton Comes Alive" came out six months later.....76 Edited December 15, 2023 by wa4chq Quote

I mean how much can you squeeze in of the 13 hour radio show into a 90 minute movie. Quote
securitybreach Posted December 16, 2023 Posted December 16, 2023 It's public domain now but if you can't find it, I can share a link to my cloud. Just message me for a link. They are 30 minute mp3s of the original BBC Radio show. 1.5gb total 1 Quote
wa4chq Posted December 16, 2023 Posted December 16, 2023 OK....I finished listening to HGTTU....and it was OK but nothing like 21st Precinct. "...just lines on a map of the city of New York. Most of the 173,000 people wedged into the nine-tenths of a square mile between Fifth Avenue and the East River wouldn't know if you asked them that they lived or worked in the 21st." That Captain Kennelly ...or is it Cannoli rocks? "The 21st Precinct. 160 patrolmen, 11 sergeants and four lieutenants of whom I'm the boss. My name is Kennelly. Frank Kennelly. I'm Captain in command of the 21st" Quote

You could send me a link as it would be nice to hear the series again. Quote
