Trashing skills from the CLI

Good morning all.  I just ran across this article in my bookmarks.   TecMint Article   I never used it.  From ranger, I usually just hit F8.  Has anyone here tried "trash-cli"?  Have a great weekend.

Nah but I do not use a trash anyway. I have it turned off in pcmanfm and nnn.

Yep, it does seem like a lot of work for trash.
