If you get a text message from a bank and it provides a link that has a domain name of ".click" , do not click on the link. Also do not call the number.

Just go to your bank's web site and check there for any messages or ask if a message was sent.

Well any time you get an email or text link to your bank you should call or go to your bank's website. This one is a poor attempt at phishing but a lot of them look real until you look at headers. They will be like domain.com(real) with a dot whatever after it.

I'm one of the most paranoid people I know, and I nearly got caught on a phishing email from what purported to be my bank.  Took a deep breath and logged on to my bank's website and of course everything was fine. It was a pretty good phishing attempt, though--forwarded it to bank's security email.

Wow. I have gotten some pretty good looking ones but I always check headers and such.
