postfix for sendmail admins

looking for good resources on how to setup and use postfix for people who are sendmail admins.

very disappointed at the resources listed and available on the postfix home site.

Which actually brings up the question - should i bother with postfix? or should i grin-and-bear it with trying to setup sendmail on a CentOS variant?

or is there something I should be looking at? (don't need or want groupware, so no Horde/Citadel/Zimbra) .
