if you use it regularly and think it has been a bit off the past few months - you are not imagining and it isn't just you.

 

The problem is the algorithm. It uses historical data as a heavy measure and , well, with all the changes those historical data points aren't so impactful for current situations.

That said, I took a 3 hour trip saturday and I had no problems with waze.

The only thing I found (looking over reviews for the past month) was a problem in Israel.

If you use Car Play, which I do not, there is a bug in the audio and you can't adjust the volume.

So I took a 7 hour trip(each way) during Thanksgiving and had no issues with Waze. I will take another 7 hour trip on xmas eve and plan on using waze again.
