Is today 23rd Nov really the Doctors birthday ? Or is it just the day in 1963 that the BBC first aired the first episode of the best tv series ever produced. (well of its type, hmmmm maybe. There seems to be quite a debate as to his/her/its birthday as this reddit discussion shows.
