Rojoloho Posted August 7, 2004 Share Posted August 7, 2004 When I go to the Control panel > Preformance & Maintenance > System > Automatic Update tab, I find that the page is "greyed out" with the message "The Windows service is unavailable." Then tried Run > Services.MSC and scrolled to Automatic Update entry > double click and hit start... Message : "Error 1083, The Excuutable Program that this service is configured to run does not implement the service." Any help would be appreciated!!
