I appreciate the help. Jerry Amazon not responsive to a Kindle problem? That surprises me, I never had that happen to me in the years I've owned one. Is this a regular Kindle or and HD? The HD will have MayDay which you should be able to use. BTW: did you install a different virtual keyboard? Quote

Thanks, Jerry if you purchased a Kindle Fire and you registered it, then you have an account with Amazon. You can go to the Amazon web site, login , goto the help section and start a chat session with help desk.all purchased items made via legit channels will show up any replacement and on any official Amazon device you can log into. 1 Quote
