Profile system's specs are not showing up.

Recommended Posts

I previously had all of my system's specs showing up now only the Main systems show up. If you click edit, you can see all the specs but otherwise they aren't showing up.

Hmm...

All of my systems show up, but it's a very minimal write-up. ;)

  • Main System Specs:

    ericsbane06 is a big black box w/

    - Slackware in it
    - oh, and Win 7

  • Secondary System Specs:

    ericslaptop01 is a little Dell laptop w/

    - Slackware in it
    - and Win 7

  • Other System(s) Specs:

    ericsshop02 is a big beige box w/

    - Slackware in it
    - and nothing else

Cut down the descriptions and you'll see more.

My three show up but like Eric, everything is minimal.

The only person who looks at the specs is me.

Yeah well I only look at it too but it is a resource that shows all my specs, even if I do have to edit to see them

Mine are still there:

And that is the same thing I see in Chrome on my Mac as well.

Well I need to check with Barry as I think he is the only one with more specs than I do. I think that my profile is corrupt (needs to erase specs and add them back) as they show up when I edit profile but are not shown.

Ok, his are not all showing up either. I may need to try the remove and add function

Ok, I removed each entry and saved it. Then I refilled in my profile and its still not showing up so that tells me that is has something to do with how many specs are listed like Barry has too.

That sux but I dont think there is nothing I can do about it. Full system specs here: http://ix.io/jUi

I guess I will add that as an entry at the bottom or the main machine's specs

I can see them, but it cuts off. Break it up between the different system fields and say continued.

There are three fields for systems and you are using only one.

See if they do not cut off

If you do that...

That is what I have been saying... Only one field shows up unless I click edit as noted above in the screenshots.

Yep. Oi am wondering if it is extraneous characters that are throwing it off?!?

What do you mean by that?

Probably referring to all the extra monitors in your main rig specs. I'll bet the site software is not able to handle specs that include more than one monitor and refuses to carry on till you post more normal specs. :harhar:

That's not the case as Barry's specs do the same thing and he doesn't have multiple monitors on his first spec list.

I think it is just because our setups are so uber-l33t that it messes with the forum software.
