I like the space but the caddy on my computer desk doesn't have the depth or height to accommodate the full size towers. Even some mid-towers are too long. I do like the micro-ATX cases if they are nice and wide and have some room to route cables. Not too many like that unfortunately. However even the most compact mid-tower will have room for a couple of drives. You can stack 7 HDDS in my K280 case and you still have room to screw an SSD to the bottom.
