Guest LilBambi
Can still buy from Frys.com online though.
ross549
Frys is like a CompUSA and TigerDirect rolled into one: http://www.frys.com/ But MUCH larger. There is one on I-15 in San Diego. Been there one or two..... Dozen times. :-D Adam
Guest LilBambi
Awesome! Would love to go to a Frys one day. Wish they had a store here in VA.
sunrat
Fry's huh? Gives me lots of confidence. Here in Melbourne we have quite a few computer shops that try to cut each others' throats on prices. I usually buy from Computer & Parts Land (cpl.net.au) or MSY (msy.com.au). Both have shops near my place.
mac
No Fry's, no Microcenter, no CompUSA (the one we had in Metairie closed and TD did not choose to reopen the store), no CC here locally or even within 150 miles away. If I need PC components it's either BB, Office Depot, Office Max or online. The majority of the time it's online because of the lack of selection at the B&M retailers. To be honest, even back when CompUSA and CC were open here, many times I had to buy online because none of them had the exact component I wanted to buy.
