SonicDragon
I think I was interpreting his message differently. I'm thinking that he means like if he wanted to write a tutorial on say security, another on the workings of RAM etc, that there should be a "tutorial forum" where he could post them?Or, i may be way off

Guest LilBambi
Any "Tutorials" are handled within the given forum that the tutorial subject would address as long as they meet the forum rules and the topic is handled in an informative and non-condescending manner, they will be well received by Highlanders. (example: RAM tutorial would go in the Hardware forum) Please see Bruno's Tips for Linux Explorers in the All Things Linux forum as an example.
