Arena2045
IPB… 2.0?Unbelievable… just when I thought I had 1.3 down.Broken record… but how much you want to bet (not an actual bet) that they will change the way skins are used? http://forums.invisionpower.com/index.php?...ST&f=1&t=103232
Arena2045
I think they are pushing the “eye candy†a little to much; but like they said, its very early in development.

GolfProRM
Some nice features being added, but I agree that the new quote and code tags are a bit over the top... Just give me the basic quote

LLfan
Wow - alreadySuper!! time to go and do updating ACtually a public release apparently wont be out until January. Let's hope that estimation wont end up kicking them in the rear as it did with vB and there latest version taking years to complete.

SonicDragon
The look doesn't bother me that much. It seems like they've added a warning system though? Or was that always there and just turned off by the admins here? I've never really been a fan of that feature...
havnblast
I can't remember if it was in versions 1.1 or 1.2 but 1.3 has the warning feature also. I think it was in 1.2 if memory serves me right. It's a feature I never bothered setting up and I would hope I never will have to.
Scot
Hmmmm, 2.0 sounds nice. Will have to keep an eye on this. I don't know about the posting features, but some of the admin and board structure features are *very* compelling. I would love to get rid of the Category level and use more subforums, for example. That feature alone would be worth updating for.2.0 is the new target release for upgrade for this forum.-- Scot
havnblast
YaY!!! glad to hear that Scot!

Or was that always there and just turned off by the admins here? I've never really been a fan of that feature...FYI--the warning system was implemented in 1.2. havnblast
Another Update The first fully supported release will be RC1 which should be out towards the end of March. This will be released to the customer's area before the trial version is made available. This will be the first officially supported release and being a release candidate, it'll be very stable and suitable for use on a production board. Full Original PostMust be going slower than first thought - they said they would have a version available in Feb. now it's end of March
