Purhonen
I run Windows 7 Home Premium 32 bit. Windows and all applications I run work fine with my printer (HP Photosmart C6380 All-In-One) EXCEPT my Quicken 2000 program. I suspect the age of my Quicken program is the problem, but I'm not sure. I want to print checks but when I send the print job on its way there is zero response from the printer, no lights, no sounds . . . nothing. When I check the print queue the print job does not show up.Quicken and the printer worked just fine when I was running Windows XP, but when I upgraded to Windows 7 Quicken printing disappeared.I've read a few forums on how to correct this and one that appeared appealing (but haven't tried yet) was to re-install the printer software/drivers and select a printer OTHER than mine at the appropriate point in the installation process.Any ideas?
