Purhonen
I'm trying to find out if an HP iPAQ ("Pocket Computer") running Microsoft's Pocket PC Ver 4.20.1081 can sync to Outlook which is running on Windows 7 (Home Premium 32 bit)?I've searched and found this:"Download and install Windows Mobile Device Center 6.1 if you run Windows Vista or Windows 7 on your computer and you want to sync content between your mobile phone and your computer. Windows Mobile Device Center is only compatible with Windows Vista and Windows 7; if you run Windows XP or earlier, you have to download Microsoft ActiveSync." (I'm assuming in this case that "mobile phone" and an HP iPAQ, are interchangeable)So I seemed to be stuck with a HP iPAQ with an OS (Pocket PC) that is too old for the syncing program (Windows Mobile Device Center) that is required when running Windows 7.Is there someway to sync this HP iPAQ with Outlook on Windows 7? goretsky
Hello,Did you try downloading and installing the Windows Mobile Device Center software and then performing a sync with the HP iPAQ PDA? If so, what happened?Regards,Aryeh Goretsky
