In Windows, you could press the "print screen" button to make a screenshot of the desktop.What program do you use in Linux/BSD?Thunder

Don't know about BSD, but there are two ways in Linux:In KDE ( or gnome) Menu > multimedis > graphics > ksnapshotNicer is from a console:import -window root /home/xxxx/picture.jpg ( xxx = homedir, picture.jpg = the name you like to give the screenshot)or(shorter)import -w root pic.jpgHave funBruno

Alternatively u can also use GIMP File>Acquire>Screenshotrgds,007
