$290 M? Holy cow batman. My guess is that the appeals court will reduce the fine to to something less than $200 M. Also, I think the article has an error. Did anyone notice the sentence that read:".DOCX, introduced in Office 2003, is the default file format for Word 2003 and Word 2007;"Uh.... really? I thought *.docx was introduced with Word 2007.
