ablediver Posted January 22, 2009 Posted January 22, 2009 I have recently acquired Vista home premium. the toolbar in mail is a dark blue color. I have color perception and vision problems. I cannot clearly see the icons against this dark background. Can anyone tell me how to change the background color or the presentation of the icon so that I can see them?thank you Quote
goretsky Posted January 23, 2009 Posted January 23, 2009 Hello,In Windows Live Mail, there is a paint brush icon in the title bar on the right side. If you click on it, a menu appears from which you can change the color scheme of Windows Live Mail.If you want to adjust some of the global settings for Microsoft Windows Vista, right-click on any empty part of the Desktop and select Personalize from the popup context menu, the Personalization applet from the Control Panel will appear with several options. I would suggest checking the Window Color and Appearance and Theme options and try adjusting the various options (colors, windows border sizes, fonts and so forth) to ones which work better.
