I'm curious. What happens if you run out of drive letters? What does one do when you have so many drives that there are no letters? (It can happen, at work all of our drives are shared over the network, and some computers might only have one or two drive letters unused.)

try using the UNC instead.

Scratch my first idea (I thought you could use double letters like AA; clearly my recollection about reading that somewhere is mistaken).I did find this

It is not possible to have more than 26 mounted drives. If access to more filesystems than this is required, Volume Mount Points must be used.

Interesting. It's not a problem I think I'll have to deal with anytime soon, but just a random thought that came to mind. Plus, it's always good to know in case someday someone asks me.
