Guest LilBambi Posted July 31, 2006 Share Posted July 31, 2006 A client with two computers, a desktop and a laptop had problems with both their computers with 100% CPU usage due to SS 5.We had to download the new version and at the recommendation of some folks manually shutdown SS before reinstalling over the previous install of 5.0.Apparently all is well now after a reboot.Keeping fingers crossed. djskee Posted August 5, 2006 Share Posted August 5, 2006 I emailed SS thru support and they replied with a request for information on which programs are on my computer. I haven't heard back yet.
