Eghhh! sasser worm or something unseen

Random reboots, shutting down of explorer or mozilla randomly, likes to crash things quite frequently... definetly loves that first one, random rebooting alot. I currently have my sides off my case... I don't know if that could be a issue.. I also seem to have this nice problem when my computer just happens to forget theres a secondary master hard drive (most of the time i just play with the cables a bit and reconnect them and they work, however, it shouldn't be doing that). I tried stinging it with the stinger tool. i've tried using sasser worm fix. nothing... although i've only been hit with that rpc protocol msg once and that was tonight. I'm currently behind one of those lovely linksys routers and I never seemed to have an issue before until I plugged a usb flash card into one of my father's customers computers and then into mine to install some software on it to try to fix that computer's sasser issue. That was successful but this one doesn't seem to be there. Is there anyone out there who's had a issue with any of these problems, if so please respond with some help... I'd really appreciate it. Edit: Also i had another weird issue lately... one of my hard drives went down with a fat 32 partition so i managed to snag getdataback and try to recover all my beautiful music i managed to get on my computer... it kinda scrambled some of the songs so you hear certain Opeth fragments within at least 3 songs off of every cd I have on my hard drive... (btw, don't criticize me for what i do with music... I'm only 19)Edit: Figured out that rpc protocol error... i closed something in task manager i shouldn't have.. heh... had to figure that one out for myself again and a friend told me on top of that

Hi,Don't you think that this is trying to tell you something? It could be the cable, try changing it.It could be the Pins that the cable plugs into, are fractured in the MoBo.It could be the pins in the HD connection, all these sort of things are brought about by people who wriggle the connections to get them apart........ amongst other things. And of course it's going to CRASH and pretty HARD I imagine, Truncating files, overwriting data etc. You have a serious hardware problem that needs to be addressed, forget the software.. even if the drives loses Motherboard control for one-thousandth of a second, it's going to crash.Ozi.
