I'm beginning to think these tech "news" sites are more interested in getting you to click the links in their email newsletters to get you to see the ads on their sites than they are about content. Oh, wait... that would mean it's all about the $$$. DUH! I remember now. :(

Any time I want to dig in and learn something about a new technology, Anandtech is the place I go. It is almost too in depth... lol

AnandTech is another good site for real Tech reporting/testing.

Especially the forums, they are a goldmine of info.

I found it a few years ago when I was trying to wrap my head around Flash based storage and SSD's.

Now I look there a lot.
