My old Toshiba netbook is now e-waste and just for giggles I installed the Epiphany (Web) Browser in my new Arch install on the HP Pavilion. Guess what - Epiphany still will not let me post comments on this forum - although Firefox and Chrome work perfectly well. It must be an Arch configuration issue because Epiphany works perfectly well on a Debian install on my Thinkpad T430. Since I have no need to run a lightweight browser on the Pavilion I just uninstalled Epiphany. I don't want to spend a lot of time troubleshooting an unnecessary issue. -

My printer and scanner is an inkjet but I don't use it as much as I used to. I'm willing to put up with the expense for multi-platform HP support. I certainly can understand the annoyance if you do a lot of laser printing especially in color. -

I hear ya, I haven't printed in years but my last 5 laptops have been Eliebooks. -

Interesting that ArchWiki maintainers are giving a talk at a Debian conference. Not that surprising since Archwiki is useful for issues with a lot of distros.
