V.T. Eric Layton Posted January 27, 2022 Posted January 27, 2022 OK, I'll admit... I'm getting very tired of having to upgrade FF every two or three days. 1 Quote
Corrine Posted January 27, 2022 Author Posted January 27, 2022 I don't blame you, Eric. This is the 3rd update since Version 96 was released just a bit over two weeks ago. It is a pattern that FF seems to follow. Quote
V.T. Eric Layton Posted January 27, 2022 Posted January 27, 2022 It's OK that they are rapid in fixing bugaboos and all that. The unfortunate thing for me is that, in Slackware, it's a bit of a chore to upgrade FF via command line and using a pre-made script. Sure, it only takes me a few moments and a few key strokes, but it's a lot easier in MS Windows where you can just let FF update itself. Shhhh... don't tell anyone I said Win was easier. 1 Quote

V.T. Eric Layton Posted January 30, 2022 Posted January 30, 2022 OK, I upgraded. Let's see how long this one lasts. Quote
V.T. Eric Layton Posted January 31, 2022 Posted January 31, 2022 Unfortunately, upgrading to FF 96.0.3 totally screwed up my user.Chrome.css customizations for tab height/shape, so now I'm stuck with those big blocky tabs again. I've just wasted an hour trying to figure out how this happened. I'm too tired to care anymore. I guess I'll just deal with the HUGE ugly tabs from now on. 2 Quote
V.T. Eric Layton Posted February 1, 2022 Posted February 1, 2022 Meh... after just a couple days, I've gotten used to the big blocky tabs. Quote
