sunrat
It's Time To Pay Attention To Intel's Clear Linux OS Project Intel's ClearOS has reached v2.0. It now has a nice installer and looks more friendly for users. The performance tests are mostly quite impressive but personally I'm not a fan of its default DE which is Gnome. Hopefully the performance optimisations will filter to other distros.
jolphil
Hi, I decided to try it out of cuiosity so I downloaded it and booted. The boot screen said it failed to load. I wonder if it was because I had an AMD CPU? Maybe you or others can shed some light on if works for AMD cpu's? Could be just me. Thank you jolphil

securitybreach
As it's a linux distro from Intel, I wouldn't of thought that any other processor would be supported by it. I bet you could run it in a virtual machine as long as you emulated an intel processor.
