Corrine
Firefox 15 was sent to the release channel today by Mozilla. Included in the update are seven (7) critical, six (6) high, and three (3) moderate security updates. The release of Firefox 15 includes the completion of the inclusion of silent updates. I've compiled the list of security updates, feature changes, link to the huge list of bug fixes in my blog post at Firefox 15 Release Includes Critical Security Updates.
abarbarian
Looks like Arch is on the ball with this. Just updated via -Syu. Thanks for the heads up.
Guest LilBambi
Just saw yesterday that FF15 was out when I was working on a client computer. FF15 is supposed to fix that memory leak (for addons/extensions) ... hopeful they succeeded. Edited August 30, 2012 by LilBambi
zlim
It didn't take me long to crash FF 15. I was testing some downloads at MajorGeeks because several people reported trouble downloading certain things in FF giving errors. I didn't want to actually download anything, just wanted to see if the download box appeared. I cancelled one download, got a not responding and FF closed completely. (It could be MajorGeeks downloads because that's the only place I had any sort of problem). Edited August 30, 2012 by zlim
crp
Anyone else having problems with 'Reload All Tabs' not actually updating the pages?
zlim
I never did that so I had to first figure out what to do. Right click any tab and select Reload all tabs. I just tried it and all my pages refresh (5 tabs open and all updated). Edited August 30, 2012 by zlim
