Prelude76
Here's a link to Firebird's new homepage. Nice redesign!http://www.mozilla.org/products/firebird/Everyone, get all 3 releases! Mozilla 1.5, Firebird 0.7 and Thunderbird 0.3. They are all extremely shlick and stable. :thumbsup:and here is a nice comparison chart for Firebird, Mozilla 1.5, old netscape, Opera and IE6.http://www.mozilla.org/products/firebird/compare/note: they're being a bit too generous to IE6. Cookie Manager? Since when the heck does IE manage cookies? its got one feature to block all 3rd party cookies. It has nothing close to site-per-site cookie manager like any of the other browsers have.
havnblast
YAY! This is a great day to see a new MozillaFirebird ---- my favorite browser, still not hip on thunderbird, but I am using it in linux. I haven't had any problems with it so far, so I am getting use to it.Bet those Mozilla servers are really gonna kickout the bandwidth in the next few days
Neil P
I opened Firebird this morning and boy was I surprised! The homepage is completely redone and I like it. Firebird is awesome, but I'm not a huge fan of the Mozilla Suite too much...Firebird is just right Glad to see another stable release we can point new users to! nilson
I don't like the new homepage. http://www.mozilla.org/website-beta/ looks awesome and professional, but not this new page.

GolfProRM
If you would like processor-specific builds (slightly optimized), check out this link... He's using the official 0.7 source code, and just uses different optimizations for different processors... I've found that the Atlhlon builds run a fair amount quicker on my system. http://forums.mozillazine.org/viewtopic.php?t=29396He's got self-extracting exe files (using 7zip) or zip files

havnblast
I knew the bandwidth was going to be an issue today - got 0.7 and love it, downloading Thunderbird - took a few tries to connect but it went thru and downloading at 25KB - of course these are both for linux, I haven't downloaded the windows versions yet, I figure those can wait.Prelude I hear ya on the P2P - it's not all bad, just has a bad rep is all, just like people saying the internet is nothing but porn and spam

Peachy
Just to chime in, man, is it fast on a P4 running @2.16 GHz! Next stop will be the GTK2+/XFT optimized build on an AthlonXP/Red Hat Linux 9 box.
nlinecomputers
xpi files are fine. Thanks for the link. On loading I realized that it was Orbit Retro that I was using not 3+1. So this http://www.student.informatik.tu-darmstadt.de/~mkunz/ gets you to his page. It looks to be in german but you can figureout most of it. I'm now got my Retro theme and it all looks normal again.
Stonegiant
What, precisely, is Mozilla? I use Thundirbird and Firebird, but there seems to be a separate download called Mozilla. Is Mozilla a suite of both? Is there any added content?
havnblast
Mozilla is a browser/email client - if you know Netscape you know Mozilla - 1.5 is the last of the mozilla suite supposedly
