    I was trying to help a friend set up his new Dell Inspiron laptop. After it was turned on, it went immediately to a sign-in for a Microsoft account. My friend couldn’t remember his password so we couldn’t proceed any further. It made me wonder, if someone with no Microsoft accounts at all bought this computer how can they use it? Steve
