Peachy
Back in the spring, Maximum PC magazine wrote up that they had problems Ghosting SATA hard drives in Intel 865 systems, but DriveImage has no such problems. I duplicated their problems at work. Good news for anyone using Ghost. If you have Ghost 2003 use LiveUpdate to update your version. Ghost 8.0 has no such problem. If you have Ghost 7.5 Corporate they have a workaround: http://service1.symantec.com/SUPPORT/ghost...003032512525325 WorkaroundDepending upon the mix of SATA and IDE drives installed to your system, one of the following switches should resolve the problem: * If you have an IDE and an SATA drive, or only IDE drives: -FNI Forces Ghost to use the BIOS to gain access to the IDE drive. * If you have an SATA drive and no IDE drives: -NOIDE Disables access to IDE devices.
