Corrine
Pale Moon has been updated to version 27.9.4. The release includes DiD ("Defense-in-Depth") changes. This means that a fix does not apply to a (potentially) actively exploitable vulnerability in Pale Moon, but prevents future vulnerabilities caused by the same code, e.g. when surrounding code changes, exposing the problem, or when new attack vectors are discovered. V.T. Eric Layton
I should update. I have 27.6.0 installed now.
Corrine
Yes, you should, Eric. I checked & 27.6.0 was released in November, 2017, and in addition to the "DiD" updates in the latest release, security patches were included in previous updates.
V.T. Eric Layton
Well, it's not my primary browser (still using FF), but I like to have spares around. I think I'll go over there right now and download. Thanks, Corrine! DONE! All updated now.
