réjean
Hi everyone! I just want to let you know that I will be starting a course on HTML, CSS and Java Script offered on Coursera. I am, of course, taking the free auditing, with no certificate, obviously. It might be fun. If anyone is interested just enroll; https://www.coursera.org/learn/html-css-javascript-for-web-developers P.S. I hope this is the right place to post it and that it doesn't go against the rules.
Webb
Here's a good source for CSS that I have used for several years. http://www.w3schools.com/css/ Sadly, I don't have the discipline to try to learn Javascript. Good luck. Enjoy.
réjean
Thanks Webb! I'm not sure how detailed the course will be since it is only 4 weeks all together. But, heck, it's free.
Guest LilBambi
w3schools.com has some great info! I have used it many times. Excellent that you are taking the course! I am taking a free Part One of Web Development (not Web Design) at Shaw Academy to see how I like it. So far it is very good. They use live audio and slides/whiteboard and then the videos are available to review any time in the member area. I just finished week one and am enjoying it. I am sure you will enjoy the one at Coursera too. I have taken some classes on Coursera and really enjoyed them.
