raymac46
Just a heads up: If you want to install the latest AMD Crimson Edition video driver for your GCN based video solution you will have a problem if you also run Bitdefender. The Install halts and won't respond after 2% progress and you get gobbledegook text at the bottom of the install window. The solution? Use the Bitdefender uninstall tool to remove all traces of Bitdefender, then the install of the video driver runs flawlessly. Afterwards you can reinstall Bitdefender if desired.
crp
BitDefender doesn't have a "turn off" mode? I have problems with Avast and portable apps, I just turn off the Avast for 10 minutes while i install the apps.
raymac46
Sure it does, but switching it off isn't enough in this case. You have to completely uninstall in order to get the driver install working.
