raymac46
The guy who regularly trims my big hedge in August never showed up this year. I sent him an email without a response. Finally I called him yesterday. Turns out his kid dropped a potted plant on Jared's laptop - destroying it and taking out all his customer records. No backup. Fortunately the hard drive has survived and the data can be transferred to a new machine. Hopefully he learned his lesson and goes for some cloud storage or an external drive. He will be by to fix up the hedge soon.

zlim
Unfortunately, people rarely take backups and images seriously until they end up losing irreplaceable files, photos, videos, and music. I guess he just had to learn the hard painful way. It is good one of his customers knows something about computers or he'd spend a long time trying to get back all his customers.
