crp
Hacking made easy if that was the issue, they could either fix it or tell people to stop using it Now this may be related (if true) http://www.loopinsight.com/2016/04/05/reddit-post-from-claimed-nest-engineer-says-company-on-a-deathwatch/

I thought anything to do with IOT was really hot right now and assumed companies like Nest must be booming. $350 million in revenue seems pretty good to me. a big problem is they are expected to pull in $500 million. if they were still stand alone and not even hooked up with the Drop cameras , they would probably be in a better place of mind and profits. hmm, just saw an interesting question posted elsewhere: what happens to IoT if the poster child - Nest - goes bellyup within just 8 years of age?
