Bruno
Remember the Nvidia graphics driver 6111 and its problems with kernel 2.6.8 and 2.6.9 ? . . . Nvidia released a new driver 3 days ago that fixes that problem:NVIDIA-Linux-x86-1.0-6629-pkg1.runYou can get it here: http://www.nvidia.com/object/linux_display...2_1.0-6629.htmlOR if you want to replace the currently installed one the simple command nvidia-installer --update In runlevel 3 will do the trick ( downloading and replacing the old one in one go )The driver performs great ! Looks like they are just in time before the general public puts their teeth in the 2.6.8 kernel BrunoPS: I was not able to check if Mandrake users should still add "nvidia" to the /etc/modules.preload file . . . . but we will handle that issue later if needed.
