crp
Too bad that USA doesn't have the law referenced, maybe I could have used it to get ggle to remove slander about me from last century. Let me use another example: suppose you have a court case were you are found guilty but the record will be expunged once you finish the penalty. While the court dockets would no longer have the information, if it fell into ggle's search (or anyone elses) index ggle would keep it there and available and tell you to go fly a kite (if they even respond) when you petition to remove the link. Well that is no longer the case in Europe.
V.T. Eric Layton
Well, since G**gle probably pays bazillions of dollars in payola... er, I mean political donations to U.S. politicians just so they WON'T pass any laws like this one in Europe, you can bet that your slander will probably remain on G**gle's servers at least until the (Rus)Putin nukes us into slag.
