V.T. Eric Layton
I like to use the same versions of FF and TB on Slackware and Arch because I keep these two distributions (my primary and secondary operating systems) synchronized across all my machines. It's bit difficult with some apps like Mozilla stuff because Arch is always faster at releasing the newer versions in to their repos than Slackware is. I get around this by manually downloading and installing the newest versions from the Slackware current repos.I did that today, as a matter of fact. I had to bump a few extensions, though, as usual...Firefox --> 6.x- tinyURL generator bumpedThunderbird --> 5.x- mailTagger bumped- Toolbar Buttons bumped- Personas bumpedAll's well now. :' />
