Bruno Posted October 7, 2003 Share Posted October 7, 2003 Looks like RedHat 9 replaced the MP3 plugins with those that don´t work on Shoutcast streams, nor on the mp3´s I had stored on HD ( did not try them all, but got an error message at the first ) I solved the problem by copying: /usr/lib/xmms/Input/libmpg123.la /usr/lib/xmms/Input/libmpg123.so From my Mandrake over to "usr/lib/xmms/Input/" in RedHat . . . that did the trick If any of you want those plugins, send me a PM with an email address . . .
