zlim
Someone at Lockergnome needs help with a borked two hard drive windows and Ubuntu install gone south.I've used a SuperGrub boot floppy to fix my windows (2k and XP)/linux install on two hard drives when it went south.Unfortunately, the SuperGrub guy is re-doing the website and links for downloads still aren't working.example: http://www.supergrubdisk.org/?cat=5The site appears strange and clicking sends you other places just not able to get a download link that works.I also don't have Nero or I could use this method to turn my boot floppy into a boot CDhttp://www.bootdisk.com/nero.htm

zlim
Thanks guys. I will point him to both of those downloads.I tested and the softpedia link eventially points to berlios.de . With that in mind, I'll give him the one link and tell him which to download to try. Edited August 15, 2010 by zlim

zlim
He hasn't been back but I did download the small 1+MB ISO, burned to a CD and tested it on my two drive (windows and linux) system just to be sure I could get it to run and had a look at the menus again. So thanks. Some of the computers don't have floppy drives and using USB connected ones sometimes doesn't work. The CD will be useful for me.
