No need for tmux, but....

Greetin's all....  I'm using i3wm so I really don't need to be using something like tmux to create multi terminals on a single screen, but the other day I decided to use it again.  I have a raspi as a music player using mp3blaster that I access using ssh from the lappy or pc.  Occasionally I need to adjust the volume so what I had been doing was open another terminal, ssh to the raspi and bring up alsamixer.  I could have just left it there, move it where I wanted or resize it etc, occasionally I did... Yeah, I know....why would I need tmux?  Well, cuz it sorta looks cool and I can kinda feel the tmux power.  Hope y'all have a nice weekend....sunny and breezy here in S.E. Virginia.

That is pretty impressive but so so yesterday. Why not have a peep at Terminology ?

https://www.enlightenment.org/about-terminology.md

There are loads of colour theme packs for it as it is the default for the Bohdi distro.

For a graphical peek at the colour schemes look here,

Color schemes for Terminology - Current theme count: 203

I had a play around with it a couple of years  ago and was impressed and am intending to play again this winter when I have more time .

😎

Terminology has matured over the years and this is a more recent article on it.

I prefer screen over tmux but both are very useful. Of course I treat them differently with tabs instead of splits:
