The nss and lib32-nss packages prior to version 3.51.1-1 were missing a soname link each. This has been fixed in 3.51.1-1, so the upgrade will need to overwrite the untracked files created by ldconfig. If you get any of these errors

lib32-nss: /usr/lib32/p11-kit-trust.so exists in filesystem

 

when updating, use


pacman -Syu --overwrite /usr/lib\*/p11-kit-trust.so

to perform the upgrade.

Ha I just spent half an hour searching for reasons me wmArchUp dock app did not work correctly and then read this. 😱 The dock app did work in that it started to do its thing by opening a terminal and tried to do a normal pacman update but failed due to the above intervention needed.

Now that I have run the advisory everything is back to normal. Mind you I can not make a video showing wmArchUp in action as there are no updates at the moment. 🧐
