Where is my touch pad app?

Bought a new laptop, an ASUS N56D. It works great but the touch pad need adjustments. However I can't find the touch pad app, the little icon on the lower right along with other utility apps. How can I find it or install it?

Control Panel > ...

 

 

Oh wait, that's the other OS from that vendor.

 

We have some Windows 8/8.1 folks around here, I'm sure they'll know where that kind of stuff has been moved and to what it is renamed.
