If you do not have Automatic Updates enabled, the Flash Player update can be downloaded from the Download Center at Update for Internet Explorer Flash Player for Windows 8 Release Preview (KB2758994). Google Chrome will be automatically updated. If you use Adobe AIR, it needs to be updated to the latest version. I was going to check this morning on their website but didn't bother to when I saw your post. I'm going to pull a "Temmu" here and ... make a bold prediction.
