crp
I've been a reader of Wired on and off for 15 years, mostly on the past 5. The Shachtman piece went beyond "creditude" when it went into the kidnapping subject. It wouldn't be the first time that Wired went a bit overboard in presenting a story in this manner, nor the first time an author was allowed to present rumor and speculation as near fact. The July issue has a semi-review of W8 by Clive Thompson, i recommend it highly , especially for the last sentence.
