goretsky
Hello,Your motherboard should support 4GB of RAM. Just to verify, the two memory modules you are trying to install are identical, correct? That is, are they from the same manufacturer and do they have the same part number? If not, then perhaps the issue is due to differences in the performance characteristics of the two memory modules.Another thing to check. Is there is a setting in the BIOS called Memory Remapping? If so, try setting it to Enabled or Auto and see if that makes a difference.Regards,Aryeh Goretsky
