Here is the thread for the Mandrake 10.0 Official updates

NOTE: There is a problem with setting up the source, this is the way around it:
Go to the MCC --> Software manager --> Media Manager, click on "add" then tick the box "security updates" . . then paste in the URL:

Then tick the box "Relative path to synthesis/hdlist" and paste
