Yes! Always good to have those kinds of reminders as to why freedom is so important.
I wish more Americans would read stories like hers.
A Square of Sky: A Wartime Childhood: from Ghetto to Convent - Amazon
They have a used copy for only $5.04.
There are so many books from that time.
Here's a couple more:
